IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form:

1. Application Form for Registration to NURSERY Class will be available ONLINE only on the school website: www.stpatrickschooljnp.org
2. Age for Admission as on 1st April for Nursery: 3 years to 4 years
   (Children born between 31st March 2021 – 1st April 2022 can apply)
3. Filling the Application Form does NOT mean granting of admission.
4. The application form for Registration will be available online till 16th to 18th January 2025
   Application Fees Rs.1000/- (Non-Refundable)
5. Ensure that you have the following documents before you begin to fill the form:
   Photograph of the applicant (child), mother & father (in Jpeg/Jpg format to be uploaded).
   Size of photograph should not be more than 100kb.
   Child's Date of Birth certificate should be issued from Nagar Palika/District Hospital Certificate should bear the Child’s name,Father’s name andMother’snamewritten on it.
   Child's Aadhaar Card (as and when obtained)
   Blood group of the child.
   Birth Certificate should bear the Child's name, Father's name and Mother's name written on it.
6. Submit the hard copy of the Filled Online Application Form (along with the above-mentioned documents) in the school office from 20th January 2025 to 21st January 2025 Timing: 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. NO FORM will be accepted there after.
